During the calculation of the overhead rates, the program terminates with the dump COEP_ITEMS_FILL, or an incorrect overhead.

Symptom
When you calculate overhead surcharges, the following dump occurs “COEP_ITEMS_FILL: BALANCE NOT ZERO. The cumulative overhead calculation is active.
