Symptom
During output of a calculated column in a drilldown report a ‘x’ is displayed instead of the value. The issue occures only in reports using a currency reference characteristic and the calculated column is not a sum (or difference).

You are using a variable of type “select option” in drill down reports to enter several values of the characteristic on selection screen.
In case there is an error during the entry check on the selection screen for some other input fields (e.g. the high value is entered with an value lower then [...]

You want to dispay or change a hierarchy in transaction KES3. However, the F4 help does not return any hits, even though there are hierarchies for the characteristic. Even in the report definition (transaction KE32), or when you execute reports (transaction KE30), you can no longer find the hierearchies.
