Consolidation Tools: Update of digital certificate

Symptom
The external tools for the consolidation EC-CS, i.e. interactive Excel, Offline Data Entry with MS Access and also the Offline Data Entry for FI-LC, contain invalid digital certificate. If the MS Office security level is set to medium or high, the tools cannot be started.
