Symptom
When you post a goods movement, an invoice and so on, the system issues an error message from the following message classes:
C+ (for example, C+ 507, C+ 048, C+ 099)MLCCS (for example, MLCCS 099)CKPRCH (for example, CKPRCH 046)M7 (for example, M7 301)
This means that you cannot successfully close the transaction.

Reason and Prerequisites
The material ledger is active in the valuation area concerned.
The system issues the messages if it detects a data inconsistency when reading the relevant data.
Solution
You cannot implement this note using transaction SNOTE. Upload the transport file as described below and install it.
You must also analyze the affected data for the product or posting. Relevant analysis tools are provided for this on the SAPSERV.
Note that the programs are updated and enhanced regularly, so you may have to import a newer version of the tool.
Import the files from the directory which applies to your release: (XXX is the corresponding release.)

Importing the files into your system is not disruptive, as the tools deal with independent objects that do not interfere with existing SAP standard system source code. Only SAP Development Support can implement corrections using this tool.
Note that the helpdesk version of Release SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.70 is also valid for higher releases (5.0, 6.0, MySAP ERP 2004/2005).
Then, define a number range interval for Material Ledger Number Range Group ‘RE (ML repair)’ using transaction OMX4. (See the solution part of Note 122391.)
Note that you can execute all ML helpdesk programs to analyze the
data in the test run. Any corrections in
the update run are to be implemented by SAP Support only.
When you import the transport in Release 4.70, a generation error can occur in earlier Support Package levels. These errors are not serious, as the incorrect programs are no longer needed.
If, as a result of this generation error, the helpdesk cannot be transported to the production system, delete the incorrect programs from the transport request. Alternatively, delete the entire source code of the incorrect programs.
Note for the upgrade
After an upgrade, it is possible that the functions of the material ledger help desk are no longer available. In such cases, you must reinstall this note. For this, you must note that you may have to implement another helpdesk version relevant for your new Release.
