Symptom

You call the analysis program RARCCOAA (see Note 138688). You also call the write program of the archiving object CO_ALLO_ST for a specific fiscal year and determine that less data was archived than the analysis program reported.

Reason and Prerequisites

This problem is caused by a program error that only occurs when certain prerequisites are met. The logical database SAK checks if there are accounts at line item level that are still valid for all document numbers that are statistically evaluated in RARCCOAA. In this case, these documents are excluded from the archiving with CO_ALLO_ST. As the report RARCCOAA does not recognize this check, the system statistically enters more data than is actually archived later. When you implement this note, the report RARCCOAA also carries out this check.
