CO Account Assignments created before the WBS Element

Symptom
There is a sequencing problem with the replication of a trade promotion from SAP CRM to SAP ERP. Fund usages are replicated before the trade promotion.
The CRM Fund Usages are posted as CO Account Assignments in SAP ERP before the CRM Trade Promotion is posted as WBS Element.
Because the WBS Element doesn’t exist in the SAP ERP system yet, the creation of CO Account Assignments result in errors.
