Reason and Prerequisites

The delivery Customizing does not contain the relevant Customizing.

Solution

In both cases, you must activate the segment for CO totals record tables according to Note 764485.
In addition, you must execute report RKALPSCR. You may have to enter the new entries of table T811I (TAB = ‘CCSS’, FIELD = ‘SEGMENT’) manually in a transport request, or you must execute the RKALPSCR report in all affected systems.
This ensures the segment update.
To use the segment as a selection criterion, you must use transaction KCIU (Assessment), KCIV (Distribution) or KCIP (Periodic Reposting) to maintain the SEGMENT field as follows:

This prevents the Segment field being ready for input if it was not activated for CO total records tables according to Note 764485.
