ALLOCATION: Version column is displayed in the overview

Symptom
There is the version column displayed in the cycle overview even if the allocation isn’t plan allocation or it’s newGL allocation where the allocation can be done between the versions so it’s to no avail to have the version column there.

Reason and Prerequisites
The column isn’t hidden.
Solution
Apply the correct so the column won’t be displayed if it isn’t necessary.
